Third trimester 

In the final stage of pregnancy, gentle stretching, balance, and preparations for childbirth exercises are to be done.

When to Start Aerial Yoga

If you’re already an aerial yoga enthusiast before getting pregnant, you can usually continue your practice with some modifications. If you’re new to aerial yoga, waiting until after the first trimester is recommended.

Avoid Certain Poses

 There are certain aerial poses to avoid during pregnancy. Any poses that pressure your belly or involve deep backbends, inversions, and lying flat on your back should be avoided.
